Outdoor experiences like sunrise hikes with mindfulness activities.Vision board workshops to align goals with core values.Rooftop dinners featuring deep discussions and somatic movement.

Our events are primarily designed for women seeking genuine connection and personal growth. If you're drawn to deep conversations, self-reflection, and community, you’re welcome to join us!
What can I expect at an event?
Each event is crafted to foster authenticity and meaningful dialogue. Depending on the gathering, you may experience: Guided discussions on themes like ego vs. true self. Mindfulness practices, such as gratitude circles and release exercises. Movement-based activities to deepen the mind-body connection. A welcoming, judgment-free space where you can show up as your true self.
What should I bring to an event?
Each event has different requirements, but for outdoor or movement-based events, we typically recommend bringing: A yoga mat, blanket, or pillow for comfort. Suitable shoes for hiking or movement activities. Water and any personal items for comfort. An open heart and mind!

Our gatherings are held in various locations across Arizona, including scenic outdoor spots for hikes and thoughtfully curated venues for indoor experiences. Event-specific locations will be shared upon registration.
